The Sixth Bread of Christmas: Bolbaki (Slovak ChristmasBread)

Hello and Happy New Year, Friends and Fellow Bakers! Here we have the sixth bread of Christmas, a soft and fluffy honey roll served in Eastern Europe. These little rolls are usually served with poppyseeds, but I decided to put everything bagel seasoning on mine. Long time readers here at Baking Summit know this is the bread topping of choice around here. I used the recipe from chainbaker.com (here it is if you are interested) and I will impart to you what I think is the most important piece of baking information I currently have: this bread is almost exactly the same as the famous Jack Astor’s garlic pan bread so I will now be using it to replicate that mouth watering pull apart bread at my earliest convenience.
