Finally, finally, we come to the end of my most epic Christmas bread bake! Cinnamon Buns are not a particularly holiday related bread but who doesn’t love a great BUN!
This “beyond” formula is from the bread baker’s apprentice and is essentially a brioche rolled into a cinnamon bun. I also topped mine with my trademark lemon cream cheese icing, but did not get a pic.
