Hello and Happy Holidays, Friends and Fellow Bakers! I know it has been a hot minute since I posted, but I assure you I have been baking away, and I have lots of fun stuff to show you.
For the holidays this year, I have decided to bake 12, that’s right, 12 different breads as an homage to the 12 days of Christmas. I have tried my best to select authentic formulae from all over the world of breads that are served at Christmastime. I will be back in the new year with my technical bakes from GCBS. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy reading about all of these different breads while I try to figure out who the heck is going to eat all of it. Best wishes and stay safe!
