Hello Friends and Fellow Bakers! I am back with my additional Proving Ground posts to add some more baking nerd delights to your life as I get my Technical Bakes done in the meantime! Today I am reviewing some of the bakes I did over the summer. In particular, I did some recipe development for a very dear friend of mine who runs a gorgeous agri-tourism site in Italy (check out her fantastic offerings here). I also kept up my sourdough, made a minature tiered cake, and more recently, a lovely batch of cinnamon rolls.
