Oh my Friends and Fellow bakers! I made a nice batch of cupcakes to post on Proving Ground and to practice making TikToks and then I accidentally deleted all the photos and now I literally only have the TikTok to share. Seriously, I am not kidding. I don’t even have the real speed video which I had planned to post here instead of the TIkTok. I don’t even have a frame from a video to use as a featured photo. Agh. Lesson learned. I was so paranoid about the space left on my phone I accidentally deleted the stills and the video footage as soon as the TikTok was up.

Anyway: I also don’t have a bread to show you this week, which is a hint [you can also find another hint if you look at my other TikToks 😉 ] about my next technical, coming very soon! So, my apologies for the lack of content today and thanks for your patience! I am learning as I go, and so much of what I am learning has nothing to do with baking lol! PLOT TWIST!
