First things first: happy First Month of Blogging to us! Baking Summit passed two milestones on July 2: one month since launch and 1000 total views! Thank you so much to every single one of you who have been following along, leaving comments, liking my socials, and just generally being great, supportive people. This has been so much fun and I am learning a LOT (although weirdly, I am learning very little about baking L O L -> it’s more that I am figuring out how to navigate the online world while feeling a little too old for it and lacking any sort of social skills or sense).
Which brings me to my announcement: Baking Summit is now on TikTok! You can follow me @bakingsummit where I will be posting fun little clips of what I am working on and maybe even a tutorial or two. I literally JUST started the account so there isn’t a lot of content there yet, but STAY TUNED.
Part of my social media development journey brought me across @lizziebakingco whose amazing piping work on instagram captivated and inspired me this week! Lizzie does royal icing flood cookies (so fetch lol) and I love her creative flair and super clean line work. A real stand out in a highly saturated cookie-scape if I do say so myself!
