Hello Friends and Fellow Bakers! I am working away at my next post for The Technical Bakes and I will have it ready soon. In the meantime, I have also added a new page for you to browse around if you are so inclined.
The Proving Ground is where I will post about my bakes that are not directly part of my GCBS challenge (if you are unfamiliar with my project, read about it here). These will be smaller posts just following my day to day tinkerings and explorations in the kitchen. So I will see you soon with my next technical bake, and hope you enjoy taking a look at my other work in the meantime.
